Walker/sitter comes to your home to meet you and your pet(s), become
familiar with your house, review with you what you’d like your pet’s visit
to entail, pick up keys and complete all necessary paperwork.

*	A setup appointment is included at no charge for all new clients. If a second appointment is requested our usual 30-minute visit rate ($17) will apply.

Lose your keys? We can let you in.

We request 2 keys at the the setup appointment and we encourage all our
regular clients to enroll in our Ready Key program. Your keys will be kept
securely on file for future walking/pet sitting assignments. If we are required to
make a special trip to pickup/return keys, our usual visit rate ($17) will apply

Key duplication charge ................................................................................................

It is our policy to have 2 sets of keys to a residence at the time of
service. This to ensure access to your pet(s) in the event of an
emergency. One set stays with your walker/sitter, the second remains
locked in our office. If we are required to make a duplicate of your key
the key duplication charge will apply.

If, for any reason, we are required to remain with your pet(s) or at
your residence for a period of time longer than than your scheduled
visit, our standard hourly rate of $34 will apply.

Cancellation fee (dog walking)

If services are cancelled without a 24 hour notice, client is responsible for full
payment of that visit.

Cancellation fee (pet sitting)

Pet sitting services must be cancelled by telephone or e-mail at least 48 hours
prior to the scheduled start. If service is cancelled with less than a 48 hour
notice, client is responsible for a $50 cancellation fee.

Miscellaneous/supply fees

If additional supplies are required during the course of a pet sitting assignment
such as food, potty pads, cleaning supplies, etc., we will purchase these items
and invoice you for the for the receipt amount plus a $10 trip charge.

Avoid these charges by checking that you have ample supplies for the duration of
the pet sitting assignment. (See Preparation is Key checklist)
